April 2016: Find out what legal tools can gay individuals and couples in Singapore use *New venue*

A legal will, Advance Medical Directive (AMD) and Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) are legal tools that can be used by LGBT individuals and same-sex couples in Singapore to plan ahead and ensure that one's wishes are carried out.

Creating a lasting power of attorney (LPA) gives someone you trust the legal authority to make decisions on your behalf about your financial affairs (and/or health and welfare) should you lose the mental capacity to do so.

Join us at our next Women's Nite session where you can ask our guest speaker any questions you may have.
